RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDITIONS

Deposit: One Hundred dollars per golfer at time of confirmation. Two Hundred dollars per golfer if using our air space.
Final Payment: Due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations placed within 45 days of departure, full payment is due upon confirmation.
Refunds: No refunds for any unused portions of the tour.
Golf refund Policy: All cancellations must be called in at least 48 hours prior to your tee time. To cancel you must call 1-800-321-9151 during regular office hours (9:00am – 4:30pm central time,) to receive a refund.
Rainout's: If rain forces the course to close, you must return your original voucher or rain check to get a refund.

You cannot call the course to cancel your tee time – you must call: 1-800-321-9151.
Cancellations: Prior to departure, the following charges will be assessed for 1-7 night stays.
Villas & Houses
   45 – 30 days             $50.00 per person
   29 – 8 days               $100.00 per person
   Less than 8 days      NO REFUND

CALL FOR CANCELLATION FEES FOR STAYS OF 8 – 30 DAYS OR LONGER. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

TEE TIME TOURS and/or its agents, act only as agents for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and this tour operates, and assumes no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carrier, aircraft, motor, or other conveyance which may be used either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to passenger, neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or for any injury loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through neglect or default or any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passenger, or for any reason whatsoever to alter itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. The right is reserved to withdraw this tour should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passenger as member. In such instances full or equitable amount will be refunded. The airlines concerned can not be held responsible for any act, omission or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of this tour and/or passenger.
